Summer Events

Summer events are not far away – planning is needed now to ensure you get to relative summer events to develop your skills. Sailors should consider a minimum of 3 events on the National circuit and 1 UK/ International event.

A list of links to calendars can be found on the RYANI Youth and Junior pages: www.ryani.org.uk . It is intended that the UK Laser Nationals will be supported with a coach and possibly one other event. Discussion on these will take place with Richard at the parent meet in Jordanstown on 1^st Feb.

Summer plans can be discussed with Richard or James at Squad training or contact us for any advice on appropriate competitions.

RYANI Youth Championships

The 2008 RYANI Youth Championships will take place at Carlingford Lough Yacht Club. The date is the 6/7^th September 2008. More details will be available online soon. There will be online entry only for this event.

If you wish to keep your place on the Youth Squad, attendance to this event is a critical part of the selection criteria and should be cemented in your diary!
