Can you help? RYA believe that there is a serious problem with the theft of outboards and rescue craft from clubs and centres. RYA now wish to get a better picture of the scale of problem and how we can further raise awareness and offer advice and best practice to avoid thefts.

 If in the last two years you know of a club or centre which has suffered a theft or attempted theft please let Mary Farrell know –

1.       The name of the club, what was stolen, very rough date

2.       If you have seen/know of any good examples of how a club has deterred thefts or recovered equipment let Mary know the name of the club with a brief description what they have done.
